I finished up making my English Muffins yesterday.
I used some sprouted whole wheat flour
with some added vital wheat gluten.
I made a dozen this time, but some were
already in the pan...
(I love my kitchen tea-towel!)
They cook in a frying pan instead of the oven.
(A pot of lentil stew in the background.)
And the finished product.
They are...
whole wheat.
I think I like the white flour ones better,
although these are healthier...
This morning I made a McMuffin using regular
deli ham (because I ran out of Canadian Bacon)
and it was good...
I had a full day at the office and just finished
teaching my Tuesday evening Orientation.
And now I'm going to read my book for a bit
and then head off to bed.
