We all know Kyle is a BEAST.
But I wasn't really expecting him to
have ALL the walls done today!
Standing in the living room, looking at the
master to the right,
closet (and bathroom behind it) in the middle,
guest bath and closet to the left.
And a peak of the prep room.....
He's really good at framing!
He said it was a TIGHT fit,
so ALL the walls are "load bearing".
Not intentionally, but that's good
for the roof!
So, tomorrow morning I'll run out there
and we will decide where we want
outlets and lights so they can figure
out wiring (how much to buy...).
They are still working on the roof.
Tomorrow is supposed to be 72 degrees!
So they will be up there.
I have to run into Hays in the afternoon.
We are setting up for the Ward Christmas
Party on Saturday.
Need to get all the tables set up and decorations
and whatnot.
Anyhow.
I'M SOOOOOO excited!
It's coming together!
This part goes quickly, and then it
slows way down again.
You gotta do all the "behind the scenes"
stuff, like putting in the wiring.
And then the insulation.
And then the drywall.
But before all that we need to get our
electrician to come out and run the
power from the pole to the breaker box.
And then I think we will buy a pellet stove
and put it in (temporarily) and make sure
it will actually heat the house.
(Well, we will have to put in the tile under
and behind it, but we aren't going to wait until
the house is all done to put it in.)
1. We want to make sure it will heat the house.
(The one we picked out heats DOUBLE our
square footage, so I'm pretty confident.)
2. We want to USE it! (grin)
Anyhow.
That's the current update!
WEEEEEEEEE!!
