Down, but NOT OUT.

So.

Bad news today...

we were turned down for our loan.

They had some funding ideas...

but as a family we have decided to take

a hard pass on the Vital Farms idea.

Too many red flags.

However,

we are a pretty creative bunch, 

and we already have several other things

in the works.

We are just keeping them close to the chest for now.

And for now...

nothing changes in the way we are living our

daily lives, except we aren't in a state of

perpetual "hurry up and wait" and

"will we or won't we".

The stress burden decreased immediately

by about 1000%.

So.

We are disappointed.

And a little frustrated with the process.

But we are definitely ok.

And not talking about it.

AND 

SUPER excited to already have tomatoes setting!

And baby broccoli!

And WHEAT!!!!

Hahahahaha!

Only a handful, but still  SUPER FUN!

(And now I have to start my evening class.)
