Short Days

I guess "winter" is here.

You can't really tell,

although a "cold front" blew through

an hour or so ago and it dropped from

the 80's to the 70's.

But here it is, not even 6 pm

and it's dark.

That is how you tell when winter has

come to Florida.

Short days.

But the weather has cooled somewhat.

Enough that Beau and I can walk in the woods.

With his smashed nose, he can't breath

really well when it is hot.

He enjoyed his first walk out there.

He even got to go "off leash" for about 20 minutes.

Deep in the woods where he couldn't

get into any trouble.
