Kyle's tomatoes took a hit in the frost last week.
So he looked it up and got a good (fingers crossed)
recipe for a salsa using mostly green tomatoes.
He got started while I was in the Zoom Room
doing my work for the day.
And then he got called away to the neighbor's
to help out with something.
But BOY HOWDY it smells good already
and he hasn't even started cooking it!
Lots of tomatoes, poblano peppers, onions
and probably other stuff... but YUM!
Can't wait til it's DONE!
